I checked in as there were three other tour guides not knowing that. . There was no tour guide Signs. When ready to leave “tours” One guide said “Women in BERLIN”, then a group all in German went to the left and then there there was one guide Trevor and said “we are all here!” I followed Trevor and halfway through an excellent guide tour i thought a wonderful and knowledgeable guide Trevor for the Street Art…”

“This application probably made a mistake. It says on your application that show starts at 8 pm so that’s what I planned and came 7:45 pm prior the show. But the problem was that the show actually started at 7 pm so I missed almost half of it.. and it’s all because of your mistake. So I would like to get my money back due to this problem..
